and live music, Artsreach favourites PuppetCraft tell the story of the birth
and comic escapades of the much loved trickster and super-hero Monkey. Hatched
from a stone egg the mischievous Monkey can fly on a cloud, turn invisible and
transform into anything…! Inspired by the classic Chinese epic story, the comic adventures of this fantastical superhero are brought to life by one of Britain’s top puppet companies, with a script written by poet Michael Rosen. Recommended ages 4+. Tickets £6, £5 u18s, £20 family. PuppetCraft Lantern Making Workshop 2pm – 3:30pm Before the show, learn how to make lantern frameworks using willow. Decorate your lantern with
brightly coloured tissue paper - you might make a Dragon lantern or even a
Fairy lantern! Torches will be hung inside the lanterns for a glowing parade
